2010 Wallabies at Ashwood

A crowd of approximately 1000 people converged at Ashwood last Monday to see the Wallabies train at our club. It was a really enjoyable afternoon with the Wallabies going through some practice drills and making themselves available for autographs and photos. The clubrooms and the field looked a picture and the whole exercise was a wonderful advertisement for our club. Thanks to David Learmonth, Brock Parker and Mark Baxter for their organisational work and to the many club members who served in the canteen, behind the bar of barbecue or who were involved in other aspects of the afternoon.
