How can I logon when I do not know my password?
If you have forgotten your password you can request a new password and then change it to a password of your choice. The steps involved are describe below:

Step 1 - Click on the 'Request new password' link in the Logon Block and you will be taken to the screen shown in step 2 below. |

Step 2 - Enter your email address, the two words that are displayed in the Captcha text box and then click Save. If you are not able to see what those words are you can click on one of the three icons to the right of the two words to display another two words, have them spoken to you or display some help text. Once you click the 'Save' button you will receive an email containing a 'one time' logon link to the website sent to the address that you have entered. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes check your Junk email folder. |

| Step 3 - Click on the link in the email and you will be logged onto the site and the screen shown in the next step will be displayed. |  |

| Step 4 - Click on the 'Log in' link and a screen will be displayed to enable you to enter and confirm a new password as shown in step 5. |  |

Step 5 - Enter a password of your choice and then enter the same password again to confirm that you have entered your password correctly. From now on you will be able to logon to the website using your email address and new password. |
