Premier Division - Round 7

Quins started the game into a stiff breeze, and the first 20 minutes saw a stalemate from the 2 sides which was a good result. After an indescretion by Uni, Quins took a 5m lineout and mauled over to take the lead 5-0. Within a minute Quins was over again with a smart charge down from marty Campbell under the posts to elad 12-0. Uni then mounted 10minutes of pressure inside the Quins 22, but only came away with a penalty which was cancelled out on the stroke of halftime with a sperb long range effort from Marty Campbell. 

Running with the wind - the 2nd half staretd badly with some sloppy defence seeing Uni score a long range try under the posts. Quins immediately answered with a cclose range try to Cory Robertson fro Uni to answer back with a try in the corner after some sloppy work by Qunis to give them field position. The score was now at 20-15 to Quins, and Uni was gathering some momentum. With the use of the wind, Quins dominated field position but could mount no cohesive attack - Will Morgan then stepped up with a smart attacking box kick to see Marty Campbell get a good bounce to score the try that won the game. The pair then worked the same move for Marty to bag a hatrick of tries with 5 minutes remaining.
