Electronic Payments
The Harlequin Club offers members and supporters the opportunity to make electronic payments by VISA, Mastercard or Paypal using a secure online electronic payments gateway. To make a payment click on the relevant button and follow the on screen instructions.
Please note that no credit card details are stored on the Harlequin website.
Jesters Team
The Jesters Team was formed in 2008 to assist rugby activities in generating additional sponsorship funds for team and player assistance.
Jester receive the following benefits:
- A gold pin dated 2011 to wear to all games and functions to denote a proud JESTERS TEAM member
- An invitation to join the 1st Grade team for Jesters' drinks after one game in the season (date TBC)
- Every Friday an e-newsletter from the 1st Grade coach analysis on the coming game and the 1st Grade Team list Sheet
- Every Monday an e-newsletter from the 1st Grade coach summarising Saturday’s game
- Recognition as a Jesters Team member on the banner to be displayed in the club
- Recognition as a Jesters Team member on the club website – www.quins.com.au
- Recognition as a Jesters Team member on the Match day program
To join the Jesters Team a member can participate for $300.
All money received from Jesters will be assigned to a separate rugby operating budget to ensure it is used for rugby purposes.
Shep 55 Club
In 2010 a coterie group was formed for members wishing to make a substantial commitment to the rugby operations of the club. The group is named after the club's first ever Wallaby, David Shepherd, and the year of our initial 1st Grade Premiership in 1955 in which ‘Shep’ played. The commitment is for four years at a cost of $2,500 per year. The club welcomed six members to the team in 2011 and would welcome other members at anytime.
- All Jester team member entitlements
- The Shep 55 Club will be capped at 12 members only at any one time
- A dedicated Shep 55 Club tie boxed set that will include Shep 55 Tie, Bow Tie, handkerchief and cuff links
- Shep 55 Club members will have the opportunity to address the 1st Grade team before a match each season
- Shep 55 Club members dinner with the 1st Grade coaches twice during the season to discuss the teams development
- Shep 55 Club members will have an exclusive invitation to join the 1st Grade team for drinks after one game in the season (this is in addition to the Jesters 1st Grade drinks)
- Shep 55 Club members will be invited to present team trophies at the Annual Dinner
- Recognition on the Shep 55 Club members honour board within the club
- Recognition with a website profile and image on the Shep 55 Club members page
- Recognition on match day program as a Shep 55 Club member
- Match day program profile once per season with image
- Recognition on Club E-Newsletter as a Shep 55 Club member
